Dave was educated at the University of California at Santa Barbara where he received a BA in Religious Studies in 1980, and at Pacifica Graduate Institute, earning a MA in Counseling Psychology in 1995.  Dave has spent over 20 years in the field of human services.  After spending close to ten years working with chronic mentally ill men and women, Dave began working with children, adolescents, and their families.  He was the primary child and adolescent therapist at the Bedford branch of the Center for Behavioral Health for two years before becoming the Assistant Director of the Youth Services Bureau.  Dave became the Clinical Coordinator here at YSB in May of 2001.

Jennifer Kulaga received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hanover College in 1990 and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 1998.  Her background includes work experience with the Division of Family and Children, inpatient psychiatric care with children, adolescents and adults and counseling with primarily adolescents and their families. Jennifer works with teens and their families to address issues including behavioral problems, family conflicts, communication and abuse.  Jennifer also works for Project Break Away in collaboration with Bloomington Parks and Recreation. She provides counseling services to children and their families, links families to appropriate community resources and facilitates support groups with Project Break Away Participants.  Jennifer has been with the Youth Services Bureau since October of 1998. 

Chris Jaffe, M.S.

Chris Jaffe, MS, works with adolescents and their families to help address a broad range of conflicts and difficulties.  He works closely with parents and adolescents to identify sources and patterns of conflict in the family to help facilitate positive change.  In addition to family counseling, Mr. Jaffe also leads workshops for parents of teens and does training in the schools and community on conflict resolution.  He earned his Masters degree from Indiana University.

Sola Millard, M.S.S.W.

Sola Millard received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University in 1999 and her Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. Her background includes work experience in adoliscent/adult AODA outpatient treatment, providing therapy to college students at UW-Madison Counseling & Consultation Services, and working with children who have physical, emotional, and learing disabilities in the school system. She provides counseling services to children and their facilies and links families with communtiy resources. Sola has been with the Youth Services Bureau since June of 2002.
