Dave was educated at the University of California at Santa Barbara where he received a BA in Religious Studies in 1980, and at Pacifica Graduate Institute, earning a MA in Counseling Psychology in 1995. Dave has spent over 20 years in the field of human services. After spending close to ten years working with chronic mentally ill men and women, Dave began working with children, adolescents, and their families. He was the primary child and adolescent therapist at the Bedford branch of the Center for Behavioral Health for two years before becoming the Assistant Director of the Youth Services Bureau. Dave became the Clinical Coordinator here at YSB in May of 2001.

Emma Ford, MSW, LCSW, Counselor (812) 349-2588 Emma was educated at Indiana University Bloomington, where she received her BSW with a minor in Spanish in 2003. She received her MSW from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 2005. Emma has had extensive experience working with children and families as an practicum student in various local agencies and schools, and as a therapist at Centerstone for five years. Her interests include parenting, advocacy for children and families, and teaching the benefits of mindfullness and yoga to youth. Emma has been a counselor at YSB since October of 2010.
